As a perk of joining The Conococheague Institute, CI is pleased to offer its members and library visitors on-line access to the full-text history database Accessible Archives.
This powerful database provides access to many hard-to-find titles, including newspapers and county histories published across the nation. In this database, you will find the only digital access to Benjamin Franklin’s Pennsylvania Gazette (1728-1800)! An individual subscription to Accessible Archives is valued at $90 per year – but is included at no extra cost if you are a member of CI.
Check out the collections you can search – the list is always growing:
You can now find even more history online, as Accessible Archives join Coherent Digital. Check out their expanded catalogue here.
